Subject matter of the contract
This agreement governs the sale of new weapons technology goods through the provider's online shop. For details of the respective offer, please refer to the product description on the offer page.
Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded in electronic commerce via the shop system or other means of distance communication such as telephone and email. The offers presented represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer's order, which the provider can then accept. The ordering process for concluding the contract in the shop system comprises the following steps:
- Selection of the offer in the desired specification (size, color, quantity)
- Adding the offer to the shopping cart
- Press the 'order' button
- Enter the billing and delivery address
- Selecting the payment method
- Review and processing of the order and all entries
- Click the 'order with payment' button
- Confirmation email that order has been received
In addition to the shop system, orders can also be placed via remote communication means (telephone/email), whereby the ordering process for concluding the contract includes the following steps:
- Call the order hotline / send the order email
- Confirmation email that order has been received
- Full payment
The contract is concluded upon sending the order confirmation and receipt of payment.
Contract duration
The contract is valid for one delivery, subject to termination. The total price is calculated from the following components: product price and any shipping costs.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.
Reservations
The provider reserves the right not to provide the promised service in the event of unavailability.
Prices, shipping costs, return costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination. Deliveries within Germany are free of charge.
Please note that we always strive to offer you the best value for money. For this reason, we do not cover return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. We would like to
our customers do not include this in the item prices.
If a right of withdrawal exists and the goods are used, the customer shall bear the costs of return.
Payment terms
The customer has the following payment options: advance bank transfer, payment service providers (PayPal, Klarna). No other payment methods are offered. Payment is due upon ordering.
Delivery conditions/delivery time
After receipt of the order, each order is individually manufactured to customer specifications. Delivery time is 4–6 weeks. The supplier reserves the right to make changes at short notice.
The goods will be dispatched immediately after completion and confirmed receipt of payment. On average, dispatch takes place within 3 days at the latest. The entrepreneur undertakes to deliver within 30 days of receipt of the order; otherwise, the entrepreneur will inform the customer regularly about the whereabouts of their order. The standard delivery time is 7 days unless stated otherwise in the item description. The provider will ship the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there. The customer will be informed immediately of any delays. If the provider is not responsible for a permanent delivery impediment, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by its own supplier, despite a corresponding hedging transaction having been made in good time, the provider has the right to withdraw from a contract with the customer in this respect. The customer will be informed immediately and any services received, in particular payments, will be refunded.
Warranty
Consumers are entitled to statutory liability for defects in the services offered in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). Insofar as there is a deviation from this, the warranty is governed by the relevant provisions of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The provider is entitled to choose between repair or replacement in the event of subsequent performance if the goods are new and the customer is a business owner. If the customer is a business owner, the warranty is excluded for used goods. This does not apply to claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, limb, health, or material contractual obligations that must necessarily be fulfilled to achieve the contractual objective. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages due to grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or its legal representative or vicarious agents. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
Guarantees
The provider offers the customer a quality guarantee for its services. The provider thus assures the following quality of the service: functionality under proper use. The provider offers the customer a durability guarantee for its services. The provider thus assures the following quality for the warranty period: functionality under proper use. The warranty period is 1 year.

Disclaimer
Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. This also applies to the provider's representatives and vicarious agents, should the customer assert claims for damages against them. Excluded are claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, limb, or health, or breaches of essential contractual obligations that must necessarily be fulfilled to achieve the contractual objective. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages resulting from grossly negligent or intentional breaches of duty by the provider or its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
Prohibition of assignment and pledging
Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without the provider’s consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
Language, place of jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract is drawn up in German. The further execution of the contractual relationship will be conducted in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. For consumers, this applies only to the extent that it does not restrict the legal provisions of the country in which the customer has his or her place of residence or habitual abode.
Data protection
In connection with the initiation, conclusion, processing, and reversal of a purchase contract based on these General Terms and Conditions, the provider collects, stores, and processes data. This is done within the framework of the statutory provisions. The provider does not pass on any of the customer's personal data to third parties unless legally obliged to do so or the customer has expressly consented in advance. If a third party is used to provide services related to the processing of data, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act are observed. The data provided by the customer when placing an order will be processed exclusively for the purpose of establishing contact within the framework of contract processing and only for the purpose for which the customer provided the data. The data will only be passed on to the shipping company that will deliver the goods as ordered if necessary. Payment details will be passed on to the credit institution commissioned with the payment. If the provider is subject to retention periods of a commercial or tax law nature, the storage of some data may last for up to ten years. During a visit to the provider's online shop, anonymized data that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data and is not intended to do so, in particular IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, are logged. At the customer's request, personal data will be deleted, corrected, or blocked within the framework of the statutory provisions. Free information about all of the customer's personal data is available. Severability clause
The invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
