  • We can offer this for Right- and left-hand systems, and that for the same price!
  • No changes will be made to the receiver of your weapons. Our mounting concept requires exclusively the original screwing points for the fore- and rear end that are already there!

  • An unsightly visible and noticeable mounting hole in the grip recess of the pistol grip, which is quite common with some manufacturers, is not present! (see grip recess image)

Griffon

1.4 No separating edges:

  • In contrast to other plastic shafts, the asdm shaft no separating edges on the outer contour to see or even feel. This is because our shaft is made from a single piece. With traditional plastic production, however, this is not possible due to manufacturing processes.

1.5 Gap size:

  • Through our digital additive manufacturing, we produce highly precise system box connections. Contour gap tolerance at the seams to the system box is just max. 0.03mm.

1.6 Weight:

  • Despite the integrated comb adjustment, the complete (including all stock screws) asdm stock is light (approx. 930g-970g).

1.7 Stability:

  • Through an inlay process specially developed and patented by asdm, the shaft system achieves extraordinary stability which allows the use all commercially available industrial Laboratory work allowed, even large calibers!
  • The material from which our products are made is a high-strength plastic specially developed for asdm with 30% carbon fiber contentThis makes our shafting very stable, yet lightweight!

1.8 Sling swivel attachment:

  • We use the 9.5mm diameter Phush&Go system from Halder to attach the rifle strap/belt, allowing us to respond flexibly to customer requirements. This allows you to choose between two options.
  • Push button variant 1
  • Stud adapter variant 2

asdm integrates 3 mounting sockets as standard.

  • 1x fore-end
  • 2x buttstock bottom and top (stock comb)
  • We recommend the #PG.VA1 variant because it's easier to handle and allows for flexible adjustment of the sling swivels in the stock without the need for tools. This is especially advantageous when used with the asdm rifle sling: Save & Rapid.

2. Haptics

2.1 Haptic fore-end:

  • We attach great importance to the ergonomics our stock, therefore the forearm is provided with a grip strip and thus for Equally suitable for left- and right-handed users.

2.2 Haptic buttstock:

  • The buttstock is generally equipped with a pistol grip designed because it is the only way to ensure an ergonomic, relaxed, and more durable posture. This is based on our many years of experience and is the core of our product philosophy.
  • The pistol grip is shaped so that it for smaller and larger hands a very good and non-slip grip offers, as it is available in sizes S, M, L and XL, suitable for every shooter.
  • The geometry of the pistol grip is modeled on the natural shape of the hand and therefore fits ergonomically into the shooter's hand.
  • Compare yourself between the manufacturer’s thumbhole stock and the asdm thumbhole stockin the following two pictures. In this example, the shooter has the Hand size L !
  • Which shaft allows the hand to grip the handle correctly and well?

3. Adjustable comb / cheekpiece

3.1 Stop:

  • Since hunting weapons are no longer guided exclusively via the open sight, but rather via a telescopic sight or red dot sight, the cheek piece of a traditional stock is located in a much too low position to position the rifle safely and, in the truest sense of the word, effectively and quickly. The comb of the stock is positioned in the area of the upper jaw and therefore does not provide a good anchor point.
  • We have the solution for an optimal stop.
  • (see gallery: attack in comparison).

The solution:

  • An individually adjustable comb from asdm.
  • Our approach is to position the cheek piece at the only sensible fixed point in the lateral half of the face, the cheekbone!
  • This is also evident in the Video, fast repetition.

  • Our goal was to complete function in the Buttstock to integrate, so that visually a traditional and elegantly slim design is still created.
  • In the buttstock no KickStop be installed, the one for The space required was used to benefit the mechanics of the adjustable stock comb.

Steering:

  • The extension function is controlled by a control button on the underside of the shaft.

    Damping:

    • The cheek piece is extended quietbecause we have integrated a mechanism that dampens the lifting movement.

3.2 Fast repetition:

  • The Repeat quickly and safely is absolutely guaranteed, the raised stock back keeps the target in focus!
  • There's no need to leave the grip with your thumb. This allows you to quickly and safely return to the trigger position! (see video below)

3.3 How does it work?

  • The height stop, which can be individually adjusted to the desired extension height, is also set with repeatable accuracy using this control knob. It is possible to adjust the comb of the stock in 2.5mm increments individually to be flexibly adapted to the ergonomic requirements of the shooter and the respective hunting situation (e.g. stand hunting, driven hunting, stalking, mountain hunting, tracking or long range as well as with the different aiming devices from open sights to large telescopic sights).
  • The max. Extension height amounts 35mm.
  • To fully extend the comb, the control button is pressed in completely.
  • If the button is held in the fully pressed-in position, a stop unit is fixed at the same time.
  • Now the stock spine can be pushed to the desired height.
  • If you now release the control button, the comb stop is positioned and you have set the extension height to your desired height. This position will remain until you reset it again!
  • Now the control button can only be pressed in halfway and then the comb can be pushed in completely.
  • If you now press the control button lightly again, the comb will automatically extend to the position you have preset (memory function).
  • (see following video)

    • The extended stock comb is secured by a sophisticated mechanism absolutely recoil-proof held in position!

4. Pistol grip:

4.1 Four different pistol grip sizes: S, M, L, XL

  • There is a good reason why there isn't just size M for clothing, or size 42 for shoes.
  • We all have different sized hands, small and delicate as well as large and strong!
  • A weapon must be held securely and comfortably so that you can wait longer for the right moment to make a good hit.
  • asdm offers the right shaft geometry and therefore the right pistol grip size for everyone!
  • Four different sized handles are available: S, M, L and XL.
  • We also like to thank the intended for ladies, who in our experience will find the right thing primarily in sizes S and up to a maximum of M!

4.2 Size table handle sizes:

  • To Decision-making aid we have a Size chart which should give you an idea of which size is right for you.
  • We recommend: If your measurement is exactly at the upper limit of a handle size, please choose the next larger size.
  • You should always consider whether you primarily shoot with or without gloves or whether you take up the stance.

5. Shaft set:

  • The buttstock is angled to the side to facilitate a more ergonomic position on the cheekpiece, thus relieving strain on the shooter's neck and throat. This ensures optimal shoulder support.

  • The pistol grip is angled outwards to accommodate a more natural hand position in the firing position.

6. Buttstock length:

  • We supply shaft lengths from 360mm to 390mm (special lengths on request).

7. Barrel diameter:

  • The forend is available for R93 & R8 Blaser barrels in diameters of 17mm (hunting), 19mm (semi), 21mm (safari), and 31mm (R8 Silence). (Special dimensions upon request, e.g., Atzl barrel or Chrisensen barrel)

What is the barrel diameter of your weapon?

Since barrels typically have a tapered outer diameter and may have been shortened, measure the barrel at the end of the fore-end for orientation and select the appropriate index designation when ordering! (See the following example: measured value is 17.56 mm; the appropriate index is #DM17 on the order form.)
